TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS (SOTIRIS NICOLAOU)

In the farming and stock-farming community of Delikipos there is a small production facility for traditional prod-ucts, such as halloumi, cheese, anari, trachanas and yoghurt. In addition to these, at the facility’s shop you can find other selected foodstuff from all over Cyprus.
